Due to huge increase in customer demand, an exciting position has become available at Nebula Global Services for an energetic & ambitious Business Development Manager to be based at our UK Headquarters in Wokingham, Berkshire. We are looking for a dynamic individual who wants to make a real name for themselves in the IT services channel, taking advantage of a unique opportunity to develop their career with a people focused organisation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Personality, Passion & Ambition is what we’re really looking for.
  • 2 years successfully generating outcome-based IT services in the channel, with a proven track record of attaining a monthly invoiced margin value of £30k.
  • Positive, progressive mindset, ability to think outside the box, and have an entrepreneurial approach to achieving outcomes for our customers.
  • Demonstrating consultative business intelligence to identify relationship & customer opportunities.
  • Engage passionately with customers demonstrating why Nebula should be their Global IT services partner of choice for the right required outcomes.
  • Demonstrate effective rapport and professional business etiquette in every call and meeting that reflects the Nebula values.
  • Ability to create & update customer plans with a strategy to maximize the opportunity for Nebula and maximize the value we can create for our customers & their clients.
  • Collaborate openly, demonstrating respect and integrity when hearing differing viewpoints and opinions – Be prepared to listen and understand others.
  • Demonstrate daily/weekly/monthly planning to ensure target achievement monthly.
  • Schedule qualified meetings & calls that can be confidently relied upon to be factually correct and with optimal key customer information included – Focus on quality.
  • Utilise Nebula CRM tool to ensure data is accurately managed and can be relied on from others in the team.
  • Imperative to ensure orders are processed correctly with all the relevant information that helps the Nebula delivery team give the best possible customer experience.
  • To provide proactive back-office support to others with a key focus on collaborative team spirit, ultimately aligned to positive impact on customers and end clients.
  • Prepare to request support from managers in difficult situations outside of experience, as opposed to taking chances that could compromise quality or service levels both internally and externally.

Work Environment

This is an office-based role that will require daily travel to the Nebula HQ in Wokingham, Berkshire as well as the customer site for meetings. Where appropriate, travel to Nebula’s other global offices in USA & India may be required.
