With accelerating demand and a substantial global pipeline, we’re hiring an outcome focused Account Director to drive strategic growth, deepen executive relationships, and scale our managed services footprint across the channel.
The Opportunity
This is a high-impact leadership role for a proven channel seller. You’ll work closely with the CSO, own a portfolio of existing Nebula strategic channel customers as well as leveraging relationships to build new Nebula relationships with global Systems Integrators, VARs & MSPs. Expect true ownership, delivering a seamless “one Nebula” experience worldwide.
What you’ll do
- Own & grow strategic accounts: Build multi-year plans, expand annuity services, and deliver GM growth.
- Lead complex pursuits: Orchestrate deals end-to-end; shape solution strategy, commercials and governance.
- Executive engagement: Operate at C-suite level across channel customers and end clients; create clear value narratives.
- Forecasting & discipline: Maintain impeccable CRM, pipeline health, accurate forecasting and board-ready commentary.
- Outcome-based proposals: Craft compelling solutions that set delivery up for world-class outcomes.
- Weekly operating rhythm: Drive pipeline reviews, action closure, and high-quality stakeholder meetings.
- Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with sales, operations, technical and finance to ensure flawless execution.
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years’ success in global channel IT services with a consistent track record of £50k+ GM
- Managed Services/annuity growth expertise and strong commercial negotiation skills.
- Executive presence, relationship mastery, and credibility with senior stakeholders.
- Rigour in account planning, forecasting, and deal governance; right-first-time quality.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, creative, and constructively challenging.
