Working closely with the channel partner and their end client, the Physical Installation Service delivered by Nebula is booked in advance and scheduled through a dedicated project co-ordinator who resides in the Nebula Project Management Office (PMO).    The PMO team are responsible for the collation of all key stakeholders, network diagrams, site access, health & safety responsibilities, specialist requests and anything else pertinent to the project.  As part of the project close the end client will receive all the necessary reports and documentation connected to the project.
