The Opportunity
We are seeking a hands-on Management Accountant to support the day-to-day running of finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, revenue assurance and management reporting. The role offers scope to grow alongside the business, including involvement in systems improvements and future team support.
What you’ll do
- Support and oversee AP and AR processes
- Ensure accurate billing, cash collection and supplier payments
- Support revenue recognition and margin reporting
- Assist with monthly management accounts and KPI reporting
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist with finance systems and process improvements
- Work closely with IT and operations teams
- Support scalable finance processes as the business grows
What you’ll bring
Essential:
- Experience in a Management Accountant or Finance Operations role
- Strong understanding of AP, AR and month-end processes
- Experience supporting management accounts
- Strong Excel skills and attention to detail
Desirable:
- Part-qualified or newly qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA
- Experience in IT services or service-based businesses
- Exposure to finance systems or ERP tools
