  • Depending on the location, customer will be offered either 4 Hour or Next Business Day response for Nebula to provide engineer resource to site.
  • The engineer to site shall have the technical skills to deliver the service.
  • Nebula has rated the skills level for this Service as “Smart Hands”, which means that engineers are Level 1 as a minimum.
  • Physical Troubleshooting
Can unused vouchers be carried over to a new contract?

No, unused vouchers cannot be carried over to a new contract.

What is the minimum amount required to spend on vouchers?

The minimum required spend on vouchers is £2,500.

How long are the vouchers valid?

Physical vouchers are valid for 2 hours, with a minimum contract duration of 12 months.

How many vouchers can I purchase at once?

You can purchase a minimum of 10 vouchers at once.

What level of engineers are assigned when using the vouchers?

The vouchers are supported by Level 1 engineers.

What Service Level Agreements (SLAs) does Nebula provide?

Nebula provides SLAs ranging from 24/7 support with a 4-hour response time to next business day service.
