Nebula’s longstanding relationship with their partner, a leading $3bn, US-headquartered IT Solutions Provider has been built on trust, quality of delivery, and proven global capability. When the partner began supporting a major biotech client through a multi‑site rollout across the United States, two additional deployments in Canada created a challenge: The partner did not have in‑house capability for the region.

Drawing on Nebula’s reputation within the partner’s global team, and the requirement for a services partner who could deliver consistent, repeatable service across continents, Nebula was selected as the preferred provider for the Canadian sites. With the biotech customer already planning further expansion into LATAM and Europe, the partner needed a single global services partner who could ensure continuity, reliability, and operational excellence. Nebula was the natural fit.

The Challenge

The biotech customer valued the partners management overlay and sought to maintain the same high‑touch service experience outside the U.S. They also wanted local field engineering resources to avoid travel costs associated with U.S.‑based teams.

The key requirement was clear:
Repeatability and consistency of service across every international location.

Nebula’s partner entered the engagement from a position of strength, they had already successfully delivered several U.S. sites, so the task for Nebula was to seamlessly extend that delivery model into Canada without disruption or negative impact on their highly regarded reputation.

The Solution

Nebula Global Services responded with a fully managed interim logistics and field-service solution, designed to restore stability and scale as required. The approach combined speed, precision, and transparency across every stage:

Nebula delivered a full Cisco network refresh across both Canadian locations, including:

  • Cisco switching: C9300‑48P switches supplied directly by the partner
  • Wireless deployment: Cisco AP installations (models supplied by the partner)
  • Extensive structured cabling: Copper and fibre cabling
  • Cabinet and infrastructure builds
  • Fibre optic installation and testing

To meet strict technical requirements and lead‑time challenges, Nebula sourced and supplied specialist materials, including:

  • Panduit racks and patch cords
  • General Cable solutions
  • OCC fibre optics

A fully integrated project coordination framework was established between Nebula and the partner, enabling:

  • Real‑time project and materials updates
  • Effective stock management
  • Centralised T&M timesheet governance
  • Transparent communication throughout the deployment lifecycle

This ensured the customer experienced a single, unified delivery team across both companies.

The Outcome

Nebula delivered both Canadian sites on time and according to schedule, with exceptionally smooth cutovers and zero operational disruption. The customer’s new network infrastructure went live flawlessly reinforcing their confidence in the partner’s and Nebula’s combined delivery capability.

The success of these initial deployments proved pivotal:
Nebula went on to secure three additional projects across LATAM, further extending the global footprint of the partnership.

Although the client viewed the engagement as a premium service, the real value became clear through reduced risk, greater delivery certainty, and the consistent replication of high‑quality outcomes across international teams.

The Strategic Outlook

The success in Canada has become a cornerstone of a rapidly expanding global partnership. Nebula and their partner are now positioned for a major opportunity in Denmark at the biotech company’s global headquarters, spanning nine campuses across the Copenhagen region.

The upcoming work mirrors the established delivery model:

  • Cisco networking and wireless
  • Structured data and fibre cabling
  • Consistent global project coordination

In parallel, the partner is increasingly using Nebula across other customer engagements, including leading global brands across the manufacturing and fashion industries, further validating Nebula’s role as a global service extension of their team.

While managed services have not yet been incorporated, both parties anticipate this becoming part of the Denmark engagement and future joint opportunities.  This would be in the form of Nebula’s Onsite and Remote Managed Services portfolio which is a natural extension to their Professional Services.

This cross border collaboration demonstrates the power of a unified global delivery partnership. Nebula’s ability to extend the partner’s service model internationally, without compromise, has delivered measurable success for the end client and expanded opportunities for both the partner and Nebula.
From Canada to LATAM and soon Europe, this partnership is scaling globally, consistently, and successfully, one site at a time.
