Juniper MIST solution delivered via Nebula’s Managed Cloud Service

Nebula’s channel partner is one of the UK’s largest IT resellers who have been utilising Nebula’s onsite Professional and Managed Services for many years. Following the successful launch of their Managed Cloud Infrastructure Service, Nebula showcased to their reseller customer the benefits it can bring to both their organisation and that of their end clients.

The Challenge

The resellers end client, a marketing agency based in London, host a core Cisco network and a tenant who has a Juniper MIST network containing Firewall, Switch and Access Points. Due to their own technical limitations, the end client’s IT team did not have the appropriate Juniper skills in house and reached out to Nebula’s reseller partner for further assistance.

The Solution

Initially this opportunity was brought to Nebula as a consumption based remote voucher requirement, however after a successful discovery call with the end client, It was quickly identified that Nebula’s Managed Cloud Infrastructure Service should be the service of choice, as it addressed the proactive monitoring, change and security patch management requirements via the Juniper MIST network platform.

The Outcome

Collaboratively both Nebula & our reseller customer solutioned Nebula’s Managed Cloud Infrastructure Service, in a way that took full accountability for the proactive monitoring, patch management, software updates, Adds/Moves/Changes, vendor contract management and an onsite SLA driven support for any hardware issues, allowing the end client to focus on their core day to day tasks and outsource network management to Nebula who underpin all our services on the foundation of ISO27001 best practices and cyber essentials.

Following a smooth onboarding process where service introductions were made and 2-way contact process documented, the customer has been successfully consuming the service since October 2024., with a view to Nebula taking on additional global sites as the end client grows to maintain consistency and drive real value for our own reseller customer by ensuring reoccurring revenues and various upsell opportunities
