THE FEBE GROWTH 100 2025 – THE UK’s TOP 100 FASTEST-GROWING FOUNDER-LED COMPANIES
Leading global sustainable technology services firm Nebula Global Services is delighted to announce it has made the prestigious FEBE Growth 100 list ranked at number 32.
Now in its fourth year, the FEBE 100 ranking celebrates the people building the fastest-growing British businesses where founders remain at the helm. But it isn’t just a list. It’s a community. A celebration. A snapshot of the energy, ambition, and resilience that define the UK entrepreneurial scene. Founders on this list are making an impact, and FEBE is proud to champion them.
Charlotte Quince, FEBE co-founder, said: “The Growth 100 isn’t just a leaderboard – it’s a tribute to the founders pushing boundaries, taking risks, and building brilliant businesses against all odds.”
Ross Teague, CEO and founder of Nebula Global Services commented on making the list for the second year running. “Being named in the FEBE 100 in 2024 was a moment of immense pride—but to be recognised for a second consecutive year is truly extraordinary. It’s a powerful affirmation that we’re not just growing—we’re building something meaningful and lasting. To stand alongside such a dynamic and resilient community of business leaders is both humbling and energising.
At the heart of our journey is a commitment to balance profit with purpose. Our momentum is driven by a sustainable vision for IT services—one that champions local sourcing, ethical partnerships, and responsible practices across our entire supply chain. This recognition fuels our belief that doing good and doing well can go hand in hand.”
FEBE measures growth using robust metrics and rigorous research, including two-year compound annual growth rate (CAGR), revenue performance, and founder involvement. All qualifying companies are UK-registered, privately owned, independent and have generated annual revenues between £3 million and £200 million with an operating profit in their latest financial year.
Nebula firmly believes that the rules of engagement are changing when it comes to the provision of technology services. Service providers can no longer lead solely with their capabilities. Technology businesses need to clearly define their purpose when it comes to sustainability and become accountable to their committed pledges, creating a more sustainable technology value chain. To support this approach Nebula developed its NebZero initiative which is Nebula’s Roadmap to NetZero. More details can be found here
Teague goes on to say, “To me, the FEBE 100 is a powerful celebration of entrepreneurial spirit. It unites a bold and visionary community of leaders from every corner of the UK’s SME sector—champions of innovation, resilience, and relentless ambition. Together, they represent the beating heart of British enterprise and the limitless potential of those who dare to dream big.”
