Leading Global Sustainable Technology Services firm Nebula recently welcomed its strategic partners and customers to its annual charity golf day. Hosted at the impressive Sandmartins Golf Club in Berkshire, all guests were greeted with beautiful sunshine as they were entertained by the talented golf trick shot legend, Geoff Swain.
A main focus of the day is to raise much needed funds for Nebula’s chosen charity SHARE Wokingham who assist over 2,000 people a week in the local community, saving and distributing over 40 tonnes of fresh food and beverage a month.
Inspirational founder of SHARE Claire Revie was also in attendance for the evening dinner and awards ceremony. Claire kindly shared with the guests some background on the charity and how much their partnership with Nebula really does make a difference, with every penny of what is raised going directly into this volunteer-led community charity, helping those who need it the most.
Due to the huge generosity from all those who attended, over £2,000 was raised on the day from both donations and a charity auction.
Ross Teague, CEO, Nebula Global Services commented, “This year was by far our most successful Partner Golf Day to date, in terms of attendee numbers, golf competition, entertainment from Geoff Swain and most importantly monies raised for our charity partner SHARE Wokingham. We’re extremely humbled by the generosity shown on the day by our amazing partners and customers, as SHARE Wokingham is a charity very close to all our hearts at Nebula.”
Nebula have already set the date as July 24 for their next Partner Charity Golf Day and look forward to once again raising the bar in support of SHARE Wokingham.
