Parts & Engineer Maintenance
  • Fixed cost model
  • The purpose of ‘Parts & Engineer Maintenance’ is to enhance vendor/partner delivered hardware maintenance with a service uplift or extend the life of existing infrastructure to align with sustainability goals and associated cost savings.
  • Available across networking, server, storage and security technologies
  • Based on Nebula being provided with a specific inventory of part codes and addresses, a cost per device for the requested term & SLA will be calculated
  • Nebula will provide unlimited onsite visits within the agreed SLA for all genuine hardware failures (subject to Nebula fair usage policy)
  • Available Globally
  • Pricing excludes any software or configuration support
  • Pricing excludes onsite or offsite troubleshooting
  • Site turn aways and logistics errors will be billed additionally on a T&M basis
  • Faulty parts will be repaired or replaced with equivalent hardware
  • Multi-year discounts available for upfront payment
Engineer-only Maintenance
  • Fixed cost model
  • The purpose of ‘Engineer Only Maintenance’ is to enhance vendor/partner delivered hardware maintenance
  • Available for Cisco, Meraki, Aruba, Juniper, Fortinet, Palo Alto
  • Based on Nebula being provided with a specific inventory of part codes and addresses, a cost per device for the requested term & SLA will be calculated
  • Nebula will provide unlimited onsite visits within the agreed SLA for all genuine hardware failures (subject to Nebula fair usage policy)
  • Available Globally
  • Pricing excludes any software or configuration support
  • Pricing excludes onsite or offsite troubleshooting
  • Site turn aways and logistics errors will be billed additionally on a T&M basis
  • Engineer Only Maintenance is subject to a minimum contract order value of £3,000
  • Engineer Only Maintenance contracts are pre-paid at the point of order
  • Multi-year discounts available for upfront payment
Engineer Vouchers
  • Consumption based cost model
  • Ability to purchase a specific number of vouchers upfront that are consumed over a 12-month period
  • If the vouchers are used quicker than expected you can top up, but if there are any remaining after the 12-month period, they expire.
  • Each voucher provides 2 hours’ time onsite
  • Should a voucher visit extend for more than 2 hours, another voucher will be consumed
  • Available Globally
  • Voucher SLAs / Locations can be combined, however must be purchased in minimum quantity of x 10
  • Voucher contracts are pre-paid at the point of order
  • Voucher contracts are valid for 12 months, and can be topped up
  • All SLA services are subject to exact customer/end client addresses, but not attached to a specific inventory or technology type
  • Vouchers cover smart hands labour only, and exclude any costs for materials or parts
